We purchased a 60cc Vitacci Mini Hunter on Sat. 8/15/2020 from the Memphis Dealership. The 4-wheeler was pre-assembled and available in store at the time of purchase. We brought the ATV home, put a small amount of fuel in it and the fuel ran out of the bottom of the fuel tank. NOTE: We have NEVER started the 4-wheeler. The plastic is still on the seat. We called the dealership on Monday 8/17/2020 and the parts tech told us to bring it in. We took the 4-wheeler to the dealership and the team told us to TAKE A PICTURE and upload the picture to the website to start a warranty claim. Remember, this is 2 days after we purchased the atv.
We uploaded the claim and received 1 response to check the fuel switch. Well, because you can only upload 1 picture to the warranty, I sent 2 claims and the 2nd claim had a picture of the broken fuel shutoff valve. Here we are 2 weeks later and we still have NO RESOLUTION. We have visited the dealership twice and sent multiple emails to the warranty email. I understand that COVID has slowed things down considerably but if I returned the item 2 days after I purchased it, I should have at least been given some time of fair resolution. I would even pay a restocking fee to return it if needed. I just want to get the atv REPAIRED or REPLACED!!!. WE HAVE NEVER USED IT. I am beyond frustrated. My daughter asks about her atv everyday. As of today, I CANNOT recommend this dealership.
